What are the top coast hiking spots and beaches? Was gonna drive up the entire coast from Oregon to Washington but I'd rather just skip some of them to save time for other spots.

Wanna hike the mountains in the Cascades and Rainier but also wanna drive up the coast and see all of the beaches and hike along the coast. Is this doable in 1 month? Any recommendations is appreciated. Not sure if I'm going this month or end of July/ 1st of August yet.
