Do I or don’t I?

I just came across a TON of recipes (you know when we used to print them out) in a box in my shed along with several cookbooks I used to use. I decided to buy 600 sheet protectors and put them all in one and create binders for them. I divided them by:
MAINS
BBQ
SIDES
SALADS/SOUPS
BREAKFAST
DESSERTS
PASTA
MEXICAN
KETO
I ended up with 7! 3-ring binders. Some are 3 inch, 2 inch, I only have one (one-inch) binder among the binders.
My question is this:
How likely am I to use these for cooking-I’d need to get rid of something else in order to make a space for all of these (in addition I’d like to make them all uniform in size and label them) I DO love to cook, but I’m NOT a cook or a chef or anything in between, or in the vicinity of. (I’m Gen X) started cooking with what mom made for us, chili, spaghetti, tuna casserole etc. I’ve actually tried MOST of what I’ve put in the sleeves and binders BUT having a hard time minimizing the recipes. That being said:
Am I actually likely to use these or will I just end up going to internet to find something and either print or find a reel of some sort on Tik Tok, Facebook or YouTube? I’m NOT on Instagram. Sometimes on FB but not every day, same with TT.
IS THIS A WASTE OF TIME? I’m home with a broken leg and I’ve been sitting in my bed for the most time separating and making piles etc. HELP!
