My room is disgusting to be in.

I can't clean. I will be okay for like five minutes and than give up and either take a nap or cry. My room needs to be cleaned though, my desk is cluttered, haven't used it in months, none of my clothes are folded, I have clothes and random junk on my floor and I don't know how to organize half of the tubs I have. It stresses me out so much and if someone tries to help it makes everything so much more overwhelming. Idk what im asking for, at this point any advice.

Hi, I am still in highschool and I have learnt in the past few years especially the last few months that I struggle with volume. Me and my mother recently went on a trip and our motel had a tv, we were watching a show and I kept turning it up to the point my mom had to tell me multiple times that it was excessively loud, I could barely hear it. Another example is the complete opposite, I can't whisper according to others around me, apparently I speak at a normal speaking volume when I attempt to whisper. I also find things like, the fan in bathrooms extremely loud, my cats purring seems much louder to me then it does to others, I have also developed a stutter recently which is caused by a entire nother thing just felt important to shove in there. There are afew other things that I finde really loud or quiet that are opposite for everyone else so please ask if you need more examples.
