It’s like they’re intentionally sabotaging us. The platform is just insane at this point. The things they do are unbelievable- it genuinely feels like they don’t care about their users at all.

They shadowban profiles, hide listings, remove items, falsely accuse people of selling fake products even when they’re original, and claim you’re using someone else’s photos even when they’re your own. They restrict accounts so you can’t post or edit listings for days, and when the restriction is finally lifted, your profile gets shadowbanned so all your listings get 0 views.

Then you try to fix it by paying for promoted listings, only to realize you’ve wasted money because you still don’t get any extra visibility.

I’ve also had multiple creepy people messaging me with weird fetishes, like it’s some kind of dating app. When I reported it to Vinted, nothing was done. Same with listings where people are clearly selling illegal items—again, no action taken.

But if you upload a photo you took yourself, suddenly it’s “low quality” or “not yours” and you get penalized or even blocked.

Their customer service is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had situations where the system gave me the wrong locker code and I couldn’t send a package. When I contacted support, I only got the same generic replies that didn’t even address my issue.

Even the legal team feels the same- like everything is automated. It’s impossible to reach a real person...

Unfortunately, they can get away with this because they’re basically the only app for buying and selling second-hand items here in Croatia.

I honestly wish someone would create a better alternative so users wouldn’t be stuck dealing with this.
