Hi! Thank you in advance for any advice.

I have been working in retail management for the last 15 years, and have been applying for Operations Manager and District Manager positions for the last little bit. I’m mainly looking to go corporate, and not have to be “in the trenches” at this point in my career and education.

I have not been getting any interviews or call backs. I’ve applied to LOTS of jobs, done some customizing of my resume for various positions etc. but nothing seems to work! Is there any advice on my resume or perhaps the direction I want to go? Thank you! 🙏
