Ever since my mom passed 7 months ago, my cystic acne has been mild in terms of how many I get but like clockwork I get 2-3 really deep painful cysts every month. & I’m just sick it of it. It ruins my self esteem. The cysts are so massive & red, everyone I meet will inevitably point it out & it makes me want to not leave the house.

I’m wondering if anyone here has tried this, & if it’s helped them
