Homeless disabled vet need resources

Ill try to keep it short and straight forward, I was recently staying in Austin, Tx for the whole last year then when my lease was up it was time for me to move back home i was by myself in a city where i only had 2 buddies i used to be in the service with and shit i barely even seen them. After my lease was up i bought another damn car for 1500 so i can take my dog and my firearm with me. The car took a shit on me 7 hours into my 24 hr drive and i had to lug all my shit on a greyhound in the middle of nowhere.

I finally made it home after 3 days i was sleeping on my mama couch for about a month while trying to move into this apartment and get back to another stable position but got denied, ive been trying to get another car but at this point i think that’ll be something i throw my money into next months paycheck, my friends are telling me i should be trying to get another apartment before a car but with my credit situation right now. I know its pretty shitty but im 24 so i know ill shake back from the small shit. To end things off long story short my mom has some physical and mental disabilities so it causes her to act different sometimes I.E. kicking me out during a manic episode or something, she also is on section 8 and they’re cracking down so i understood i needed to leave, my dad really doesnt want nothing to do with any of his kids since were all 18+ now. All this is basically up to me ive tried all my family and friend resources now i need to attempt to try and get back on my feet with the VA. Im 90% currently working on my 100 with an attorney but having monthly income doesnt do shit for me if i dont have a place to stay or atleast a car to sleep in while i keep applying for jobs waiting.

If you guys have any resources for the sacramento area i would genuinely appreciate it.

P.S. Ill take a pepperoni pizza with a dr pepper please.
