Happy weekend, everyone. I got a watch here two months ago, and just picked up another one from Timeultra recently. Gotta say, the service has been really good.
A few days ago I posted a QC thread asking for opinions, and most people felt the watch wasn’t quite perfect yet. So I reached out to customer service, and he got back to me quickly and said he’d swap it for a new one. Honestly, that’s exactly how a good TD should handle things.
