My mother is trying to upgrade her phone and when she logs in online!(Vodafone Ireland), it just says to visit a shop. There are no phones to view. So I logged into my Vodafone app and it used to tell me what phone I currently have, if I’m due and upgrade and I could view phones that were available. Now, none of that information is there. What’s going on?
