MAS-CS - Profile Review
Hey everyone, applying to the MAS-CS Online program on a tight timeline and would love some honest feedback on my chances:
Undergrad - UChicago Economics, 3.3 GPA
Quant - Calc I and II: B+ and A-, Stats: C😬, Intro to CS I and II: A- and B+
Work Experience - Founded a B2B startup (oversaw development, GTM, fundraising, and user relationships), internships in consulting and FP&A
Not submitting GRE
Motivations: Looking to formalize and deepen my CS knowledge to pursue entrepreneurship further in AI/agents space. Built many projects using Cursor/Claude Code but want to learn underlying principles and foundation.
Main concerns: GPA is on the lower end, and I’m applying regular deadline with ~1 week to go. Does my quant background from UChicago econ + technical work experience help offset the GPA? Any honest takes appreciated.
