I have requested UC Service Charge Backdate since September 2025, i have messaged them many times back then and they have given me links to upload uploaded my bank statements and service charge documents, then again they asked for more information, and now its been over 9 weeks since last response, i put message on journal every other week letting them know how many weeks its been and even called, they told me my message hasn't been seen yet but they put a note on system, and now 2 weeks later still no response.

I have asked for this service charge since Sept last year gave, all info, slow communication with UC and nothing been deposited. How can i get this escalated as they seems to be ignoring it as long as possible.
