I got news that I’m going to be laid off on Tuesday with my last day on Monday and I’m freaking out. I got a fairly generous severance package but I heard that the job market is awful in the tech industry and I’m feeling hopeless already since it’s been such a long time since I’ve interviewed with any company. Does anyone have any tips on how to navigate this feeling of anxiety and hopelessness? I’ve already submitted 30+ apps and I have friends who are willing to refer me to their companies but idk this is just consuming me.
