Hi everyone, I’m a 17-year-old high school student. I was theoretically diagnosed with panic disorder four months ago, but I’ve always felt like there was something wrong with my heart. After two months of suffering, I had enough and went for blood work and an EKG, both of which came back clear.
I’m currently seeing both a psychologist and a psychiatrist, but right now I feel like I’ve completely relapsed. I fear for my life every single day. I avoid any physical activity, even though I played sports for nine years—five of those competitively. I had plenty of medical check-ups back then, and they never found anything wrong. I feel utterly exhausted. What else do you think I could do for my well-being?"
