Basically I have been looking at a bunch of degrees in the chemistry/biology/health fields and I landed on pharmacy after hearing a career talk at my school from a consultant pharmacist. For context I am in year 12 so will be applying to uni next year. I am considering pharmacy because it seemed perfect for me on first glance-- I was considering medicine but after not really enjoying biology as much as I had anticipated and instead loving chemistry, I decided to look on the more pharmaceutical side of things but found myself uninterested in research and industry. I still want to be patient-facing and I think being presented with individual problems (like a GP) would be something I would really enjoy as I love problem solving.

I am predicted good grades (A*A*A) so shouldn't be an issue there but after seeing some posts here I'm wondering if I should go for it or whether I should pursue something else while I still have the chance. Now is sort of the time I should be starting to settle on a degree, so any advice from people who have done a pharmacy degree or are a pharmacist would be very much appreciated!!
