How do you stop giving 110% when those who give less than 100% get all the recognition? I work in a self contained room and a fellow para is treated like they walk on water and can do no wrong is getting district recognition for showing up when her schedule allows. Like WTF, it’s your job to show up. She works 4 half days and 1 half day, while I work 5 days a week all day.

I know this is a thankless job especially as a paraprofessional but I’m about to just quit.
