Hello guys, back in 2019 one day randomly I had my first ever panic attack at the age of 21. Never had any issues with mental health and I was convinced it was my heart. Years of testing and tablets I was told about 2 year ago I had a hital hernia. I offten feel a wave of uneasiness come.over me randomly usually when I'm sat at home and occasionally after eating a meal. There's a pressure in my chest and a feeling I can only describe as my heat feels like is been squashed. And as though there is trapped wind in my chest. Nothing seems to help and it will be prolonged for days from waking.up to goigt sleep then might get a week or so of not feeling to bad then its back. Doctors still look at me like I'm daft even though I'm awaiting surgery for the hernia. Is a 4cm one also suffer with gurd and osophagituis (can't spell), I jusy don't see how anxiety can cause a physical discomfort in my chest for over 36 hours some times none stop, has anyone else experienced these symptoms and did the operation help? I'm so done with all this discomfort and feelings of anxiaty that has effect me for years.
