As per the CRE Matrix study, 2BHK primary registrations were about 30%, whereas 54% primary registrations were 3BHK + . This truly depicts that Indians are moving towards premiumisation and demand for larger homes is increasing exponentially.
In cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru, 1 BHKs have become peripheral.
What say guys, is this trend here to stay or just cyclical?
