I am really desperate. All my scores were above 65%. Why did this happen to me? I am really tired.

NBME 6: 72%
NBME 7: 68%
UWSA 2: 234
Step 2: 242

I am really desperate and exhausted
My friend studied only 2 weeks for the exam and he scored 252 , what i can do next , i dont have the power to study again

Tested on 15 and 21 of April
When Iam supposed to expect results ?
