I have three Seagate Ironwolf NAS drives that I'm trying to install in an old pc I want to use as a home media server. The drives aren't recognized in the BIOS or in the TrueNAS software. I have replaced the PSU and the SATA cables and that didnt help, so I took it to a local pc repair shop and they told me the drives aren't showing any writable space and they can't be reformatted. Are my drives just shot and should I see if I can send in an RMA? Any help would be appreciated.
