Ordered two control arm ball joints, and received one with an open package and missing dust boot. Immediately request a replacement, which arrived a few days later in the same condition - open package, missing dust boot. Went to replace the replacement and Rockauto says there have been too many issues with the order and issued a refund for the part, with pro-rated shipping for one part of the four part order ($3.) Ordering a replacement would cost $20 shipping on a $17 part.
Contact customer service and point out this is their mistake (not inspecting returned parts) and they refuse to budge.
I've ordered plenty from Rockauto and they've been great until now.
Absolute bush league.
