What is causing this texture?
After sizing this 10k engagement ring I have sanded these imperfections off three times now and they keep appearing after polishing. They look almost crystalline and are not appearing in the sizing stock or the head so I’m wondering if it’s a casting issue or just sloppy technique somewhere on my end. Anything helps, it’s due tomorrow and no one in my shop has any ideas for me.
