I cut the steak in two so you could see doneness not how I would normally go about cutting/eating.

I’m not a specific doneness type guy more so the crust is what I’m after but generally speaking there is always some pink left….that said is this medium and would you chow down on this?

North American River Otter? I know it isn’t a beaver or nutria and also know river otters are not far from me just never seen them out where I am.
