Just getting back into AL and found out the English community tier list is dead. Any recs on sites that not only show the tier list but also equipment guides?

Yesterday I walked into my local best buy and saw three of the RE9 controllers on the shelf. Are they rare/hard to find? I might pull the trigger if so.
