Hello! I’m looking for a room to rent ($1,000-$1,200) for an Aug. 1 move date in a Northside neighborhood (furthest I’ll go is Andersonville though).

I’m a M 33 year old grant writer for a nonprofit, non-smoker, social drinker, cannabis friendly, pet friendly, and in a relationship. I work the usual 9-5 schedule and WFH 3 days a week. I’m clean (except for the occasional dirty clothes on the floor in my room) and respectful. I like Chicago sports, exploring the local music/restaurant scene, cooking, collecting comics, and watching movies.

Non negotiables:

On-site laundry
Wi-Fi access
Room must fit a queen size bed
No smoking cigarettes in the apartment (don’t care if you do it outside).

Would prefer only one other roommate. Other than that, I’m pretty open to any situation. Feel free to message me to meet up for a drink/coffee!
