Help me create a warm comfy (yellow walled) office.
I'd like to paint the walls a shade of yellow, though I'm not sure what kind yet. I just can't stand these grey/beige walls. I'd also like to lean into brown furniture to give a warm, comfy, creative vibe. Sort of Hobbit/Hufflepuff-y if that helps at all. I love collecting art, so I'd like to pepper the walls with framed pieces. I'm willing to start from scratch with all my furniture. The only piece I *might* keep is my current giant brown desk - hence the additional small desk in the image above to create the L shape desk I need for my 4 monitors.
All my pieces will likely be thrifted/facebook market, so I'm not sure how much they'll match.
If you have any other ideas of how to make this feel hobbit/hufflepuff/warm/comfy, I'd appreciate it. Different furniture, different placement, decor pieces/placement, colour suggestions, tips and tricks, etc. I'm here for all of it.
Couple things: That back wall I covered with the plant and thin bookshelf in the image above is a door we *never* open. To the right of it are closet doors for storage, so they're rarely used. Besides leaving the cream carpet, the landlord said I can do whatever I want to the room.
