Hello first time posting in this sub. For some background I passed my private checkride and have already started some instrument ground training and Shep air.

My old union from my previous occupation is paying for a good portion of my flight training and I have about 45k left that will be refunded. However, once i complete my commercial they’re done contributing. What are some worthwhile and possibly fun things I should add on while it’s on someone else’s dime?
