I was thinking about how strong axis are in general and about baam's power level as potential axis at EOS.

In recent chapters we got info that the reason why phantaminium left shinings ones is that they can "devour" the tower and prevent a potential axis being born who can threaten phantaminium himself.

Rachael also mentions something similar about baam being a monster meant to devour entire tower.

Given bare minimum we have 134 admins in the tower who are source of all shinsoo in their respective floors , does that mean eos axis baam after "devouring" them will be 134x administrators in powers?

Also does that mean urek and phantaminium are also as strong as 134 admins put together bare minimum?
