Why are my levies so weak?
Its 1360, im fighting the eretnids as byzantium with 18k to their 6k, yet they keep stack wiping/beating me?i have checked the stats and i have significantly better troops and double their levy efficiency too on them too...im considering rage quitting the game this is not the first time im getting beat like that.
