I’m currently doing some work on planar FETs but I might be doing some design work on FinFET design somewhat soon. What are some resources for non-planar devices? I understand if the answer is just “read papers” but I was wondering if there were any decent resources on the subject. I’ve already done the relevant device classes at my university, which focused only on planar FETs. Let me know, and apologies if this is the wrong sub! I also am not expecting anything related to specific process nodes, I already have experience reverse engineering them and how much of a pain it is.
