Hi everyone!
I am currently looking for participants for my Master’s thesis on Implicit and Explicit Measures of Employee Agility.
To take part, you need to be currently employed (either part-time or full-time is fine). The study involves completing two short questionnaires (15-25 minutes each) one week apart (you will receive an automatic email about the second survey), and asking your manager or a direct colleague to complete a brief 5-minute survey (for this step, you will have to share a link with them - this link will be shared at the end of the first survey).
Participation is entirely voluntary and data collected will be kept confidential and anonymised.
