Hello

VMC with Heidenhain 410 e get two errors mainly when the feed is too high or too low.

When the feed is 100% or near the error I get is "nominal speed value is too high Z". If we lower the feed normally we get another error that is "movement monitoring error in Z".

We checked the ball screw, linear screw and the electronic brake and apparently they are good.

Besides this what could be the problem? Broken cable?

Hello

My boss buy a used machine with TNC 410. Since the other controllers i use are FANUC and FAGOR the WCS system it's very simple to use.

My doubt is, with the datum table i can define multiple WCS ("G54,G55,etc") in cam software do to multiple parts ? CAM software we use its Fusion 360.
