I order a G502 X PLUS mouse, received my order opened the box and inside had a black wired mouse with the cord cut which seemed like a fraudulent return to me. I worked with Lenovo to return the mouse which they did and I placed a 2nd order for the same mouse. I just got the 2nd order today and the same thing happens again, another black mouse with the cord cut. Not sure if I’m just really unlucky or the whole shipment they have is fraudulent. Both times appear that the mouse is factory sealed with the stickers still on it. I’m working on a return now but wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
