Advice for learning to reverse an arctic…without being able to drive one

Hello all, recently passed my class 1 last month and had a driving assessment with a company today.

Driving, brilliant
Couple uncouple, flawless
Walk around check, bang on

Reversing….mad an absolute tit of it.

First go around went awful. Had a few more tries and a few more resets. Bloke who was assessing me let me practice for about 2 hours round the yard. Was told he’d be in contact within 2 weeks. Not looking good.

Anyhow, how do you learn and practice this without actually driving the thing? Next time another assessment comes up, the same thing is likely to happen again; and it’ll be a never ending cycle!
