What a force to be reckoned with!

I’m aware that when you suspect it may be your debt, it’s better to respond in writing requesting verification, etc.

But if it’s obviously not mine (medical from an area I’ve never received treatment from or anywhere close to) is okay to just call and try to clear it up?
