I use Akshaykalpa milk regularly. They deliver every morning and place it in the box outside with the lid closed.
Recently we forgot to take it in and it stayed outside the entire day. I was sure it had gone bad by evening.
We boiled it and surprisingly it was perfectly fine.
Not sure what to make of it. Is this because it's pasteurised? Does the closed delivery box help more than I think? Or is something else going on?
Genuine question — I actually like the brand. Just want to understand why this happened.
