No HB at 7w scan— off on dates? Confused
Background: I’m now 12 months PP and currently what I believe to be anywhere from 6w 6d to 7w2d pregnant. Betas were:
4/17: 32
4/21: 157
4/23:261
4/27: 1656
Went in for a placement scan last Monday and only saw a GS and YS measuring 6w exactly. Doctor was pleased especially considering not totally positive on when ovulation happened because I was a little lazy with tracking. Felt fine about it until my scan this Monday and it showed growth, saw a fetal pole, but no heartbeat. I didn’t get specifics or measurements because I wasn’t tracking kind of in shock but I’m anticipating the worst at my follow up tomorrow. I guess my question is, has anyone gone on to have a successful pregnancy after not seeing a heartbeat between 6w3d-7w? This is coming off the heels of a chemical last cycle so maybe my hormones are super wonky? My betas aren’t anything like a previous mmc I had but they’re also lower/not doubling as fast as they were with my daughter.
