At Miami international airport this am and saw many employees at the check-in counters yelling at travelers.
I got scolded a few times too by the woman checking me in.
I know Spirit shutting down created chaos but some of these individuals need some serious customer service etiquette.
I just want to add that I'm not necessarily surprised or shocked, I'm more-so just observing and am curious about the training process. I have worked many jobs where the training is intense, just to make less than minimum wage. I'm more concerned about why there isn't another job option to accommodate being away from the CSR side of things. That's all, didn't mean to imply that I felt it's not a difficult job or anything. I think that the title of this post could've been worded better.
