Can I still query her since she asked, but let her know in the query that there’s an outstanding query with another agent? Do I have to withdraw from the other agent first? This other agent has an exceeding long average response time, so waiting it out wouldn’t be ideal. I’m a newbie and have no idea how to navigate these sorts of scenarios. Thanks!
