Hi! Moving to la this summer and looking at the Mar vista area. I’ve done a lot of research but struggling to find a good spot. Does anyone have good building/condo recommendations?

I’m looking to stay around 3500/month. 1-2 bedrooms. I’m late 30s/single woman. I’d love a walkable/safe area, nice clean space. Any recommendations are appreciated!
