What should I do?
New to running and have been using the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit 3. I saw a good sale for New Balance Fresh Foam x Balos V1 and wanted to get a more cushiony experience (or so I thought) to mostly protect my joints (had a pretty brutal ACL injury). On my first run with the Balos I was experiencing some inner knee discomfort, not so much pain but off. Should I give these a few more runs to see how they feel and maybe strengthen up my knees a bit or am I asking for an injury?
Yes I know I should’ve went to a running store for analysis….
