Hello, I am fairly new to the hobby and ive been doing some research but i figured id ask here. am i legally allowed to listen (not transmit) to the Noaa weather stations. My gmrs is a Wouxun KG-935G Plus GMRS, i got it mainly to keep up with weather and radio transmissions in emergencies or to keep a eye on barometric pressure while fishing
