Moving

I have recently considered moving out of state. I've lived in the same place for more than 20 years and I'm ready to see something new. Tired of overcrowding, the danger of the cities, done with having to drive everywhere and to top it off the weather is atrocious. Extreme harsh winters and brutally hot summers. Work is already sorted out, obviously looking for something affordable. I've done research on some locations that might meet my needs but asking the public can't hurt

Here are a few things I personally want:

Walking and biking, public transportation (train, metro, etc.)

Minimal need for car transportation,

I still own a car and plan to use it wherever I go, I just don't want to use it nearly as much. I've put nearly 500,000 miles on my car in the last 2 years because of where I'm located.

Weather year round, no below 30° and don't exceed 80°

Coastal?

No hustle and bustle of city life

I've found good things about smaller towns in California, NC and Virginia.

Maybe I'm asking for too much in the state of our country 🤦‍♀️
