Am I eligible to apply for h1b extension under ac21 rule ?
My permanent labor certification as first step to i140 was applied on June 30 , 2025 . I have my 6 years visa with recapture upto Oct 30 , 2026 . Since it will be more than 365 days on June 30, 2026 and still not approved , am in eligible to file h1b extension under ac21 rule ? If yes , does that mean I can apply my wife s new h4 and h4 ead along with this extension itself?
