So I ordered online for pickup because I wanted a quesadilla while my sister waited in line to place her order in person. I got my food much quicker than my sister. It took my sister 25 minutes to wait in line and order. There was maybe only 5 or 6 people ahead of her. All of the employees were either talking or simply doing nothing while this one poor worker made everyone’s food. To wait 25 minutes in a chipotle line is absurd especially when only one of the employees had urgency even when the line kept getting longer. But the horror doesn’t stop there. When I went to eat my quesadilla, it was basically raw. There was only a little bit of cheese and it was completely unmelted. Obviously the employee would have had to notice that the cheese was unmelted since it was cut in half. Very disappointed in chipotle. If I had time I would have gone back and complained but I didn’t. Worst quesadilla i’ve ever had in my life.
