I purchased a pair of selvedge cropped 501s recently and unfortunately the rivets on the jeans are really sharp - sharp as in all 6 rivets are pulling on fabric and gave me a scratch and tore my shirt. Levi’s already gave me a voucher for a new pair but is letting me keep the one I have. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I could possibly fix the sharp rivets? Sand them? Go to a seamstress and ask them to replace the rivets? My mom suggested to embroidery over them, might try that but that will take some time.
