For the past few months I’ve noticed that I will be having period cramps but just before they are about to get excruciating I will have sudden anger about anything and within 30 minutes my pain gets so bad that I need to take my morphine to manage it. I don’t know what’s actually happening but it has happened a few times now and then after the pain is being managed I don’t feel even half as strongly as I did.

I deal with mood swings before my period anyway but this seems strange to me. Does anyone else experience this or know what is happening?
