What do you guys think about buying and investing in propertys to later on renting them to tenants ?? Is that a good way to earn money long term? any suggestions?

I”m thinking about starting my own business but I”m not sure about what or what to do yet,, I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions and what to with that business with an LLC.

I”m thinking about starting my own business soon,, I just needed some ideas on what type of business I can start and also I need suggestions on a business plan and what would the accurate budget be about,, and what to expect and handle as having an LLC? Any suggestions of business ideas?

So I'm currently going to a community college for Business Management Associates degree and I was wondering what type of jobs would be good to start after I graduate or wether I should pursue for my bachelor's on it also because I'm stuck in that decision and is that degree worth it currently?
