HELP! Anyone work for a platform like Alma, Headway, etc. as an LMFT in California and feel comfortable sharing how much reimbursements are?
Being super vulnerable, I'm an LMFT making only $40,000/year at a group practice that exclusively takes insurance. And I have a full caseload!
I don't think I can make it in this profession unless I work for myself. I have been looking into platforms like Alma and Headway, but admittedly, I'm already a bit traumatized by insurance companies lol
If you work for these platforms (or any others), I'd love to get the real numbers for your reimbursements as well as insurance companies that reimburse the most. (in California!)
