I’m a BBA LLB graduate and recently started getting interested in Data Privacy, the DPDP Act (India), AI compliance/governance, and related legal-tech fields.

From what I understand, this area may grow in future because companies are increasingly dealing with data protection, AI regulations, compliance, cybersecurity policies, etc.

- Is this actually a good career path in India?

- What kind of jobs can someone from a legal background get in this field?

- Are there any genuinely useful online courses/certifications that are budget friendly?

- Which platforms/institutes are actually respected by employers?

I don’t want to randomly join expensive courses without understanding the industry properly first. I’d really appreciate honest advice from people already working in privacy/compliance/legal-tech/AI governance roles

I’m thinking about joining the HR Management 4 months course at IBIS Academy, mainly to move into HR roles

Their syllabus and placement support look good on paper, but I wanted honest opinions from people who actually studied there or know someone who did

- Are the placements genuine?

- Is the fee worth it?

- Would this help someone without HR background enter the field?
