T-boned. Who’s at fault?
My wife (white car) was following me through the intersection. Pretty sure she ran the red but it was pretty close. We are probably going 15-20mph because I am turning right into a gas station so she’s in the intersection when the other light goes green.Red car’s light goes green and they t-bone her. I feel like they had more than enough time to see her and stop but it doesn’t look like they touched the brakes at all and just went full speed ahead. Who do you think is at fault?
